The Salvation Army Brampton Citadel

The Salvation Army Brampton Citadel is a corps, or congregation, of The Salvation Army, whose eleven doctrines confess one God in three persons. They hold that the Scriptures 'only constitute the Divine rule of Christian faith and practice', that Christ made atonement for the whole world, and that repentance, faith in Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit are necessary to salvation. They also teach that it is the privilege of all believers to be wholly sanctified.

The Salvation Army Brampton Citadel is on Bramalea Road at Williams Parkway, in the Northgate area. In Salvation Army usage the congregation is a corps and its ministers are officers; in July 2026 the corps welcomed Majors Orest and Tracy Goyak as its new corps officers.

Worship is held on Sunday mornings at 10:30. The corps’ community and family services work from the same building, offering food assistance, referrals and advocacy, a Christmas toy program, the annual Christmas kettle campaign and a back-to-school backpack program.
